The badges given out and what they represent.
STATUS BADGES
VERIFICATION BADGE The most important badge that all blogshops should have.
This badge verifies you as a genuine seller, that a buyer (or a few) have verified a successful transaction with your blogshop.
This also shows first-time buyers that you are not some crazy con artist.
NEWBIE BADGE
This badge represents a new blogshop who may or may not know the ropes of handling a blogshop. They may upgrade the badges to the Verified Badge once they receive a few testimonials from their customers.
Blogshops who are yet-to-be-verified (whether they are new or not) will also have the newbie badge.
AWARD BADGES
STARSTRUCK BADGE
The best badge to be awarded yet. This badge represents a blogshop which is very efficient, trustworthy, and have items & services that are of top notch quality. They make your online shopping experience pleasurable, and you're always going back to them for more. Definite A-lister.
SUPER CHERRY BADGE
Like a cherry, this blogshop is always on top of the ice-cream.
Buyers wait anxiously for updates every week, and is always satisfied with the purchases & services.
You are the blogshop which every other blogshop aims to be. (or inspired by)
WORTHY OF A COOKIE BADGE
A blogshop which is adequately serving their customers just like every other blogshops of the same cookie cutter. Enough to barely receive any complaints, but not exactly outstanding. This is the blogshop that pleases the buyers as much as cookies & milk pleases Santa.
STICKY BADGES
BELOW THE WATERS BADGE
The blogshop which is not always up to the standards. They often receive complaints regarding missing parcels, late refunds, late CODs, and bad services. May it be your hectic schedule, post-breakup syndrome, or a missing cat; you need to step up in your blogshop management skills before your buyers stop returning and refer to you as a 'shark'.
ROCK BOTTOM BADGE
The blogshop which is always shady. They keep customers waiting for months for their purchases and sometimes, those parcels don't show up. They are mostly MIA after payments are received, and they would somehow stop replying SMSes or phone calls. They also have a bad reputation online. These are the blogshops to avoid at all costs, if possible.
These are the available badges for now, more will be added soon. ;)
